• 5.1 Yogtrack User App:
  • Users may access guided meditations, habit trackers, and other features via subscriptions.
  • Bookings for Yogtrack Hubs and Coach sessions must be completed through the platform.

• 5.2 Yogtrack Coach App:
  • Coaches may set fees for their sessions and manage their subscriptions.
  • Coaches must comply with all applicable laws and ensure the accuracy of their uploaded content.

• 5.3 Yogtrack Hub App:
  • Hubs can manage bookings and maintain their facility profiles.
  • Hubs must ensure accurate representation of their services and adhere to platform policies.

6. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, and content available on the platform are owned by Yogtrack or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Yogtrack is not responsible for third-party content or services accessed through the platform.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yogtrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
